Never happens, lol. But if it did.... I would probably do what I do with him here. Put LO to bed, watch tv, and play on the computer. And be sad that he's not home for bed time, I hate going to bed without him!

Nothing different than if he is here. I guess I don't have any super secret single behavior!

My husband is out tonight too at a work function. I made blueberry pancakes, bacon and egg over easy for dinner, and camped out on the couch to watch tv and do crafts. My cat whined from the stairs and "herded" me up into bed a few minutes ago....and then ran back downstairs. She must be up to no good and wants some privacy! LOL

He's not home every night, so I do the same on the nights when he might be out later (which doesn't typically happen too often)...I hang out here and Pinterest. I'll also catch up on my shows that have been sitting on the DVR.

My husband is typically out a couple nights of the week for church meetings or soccer. If I'm also home on those nights, I like to cook and craft and watch tv.

If he's out late on any other night, I like to make instant noodles, watch an old movie (probably something with Audrey Hepburn or Grace Kelly... or Lindsay Lohan), and clean/decluttering/organizing a particular room- then my husband comes home to a HUGE mess (the storm before the calm) which he has to help me put away. He says he can't leave me to my own devices for too long or I turn the house upside down.
