I know this may be dependent on hotel, but does anyone know if hotels typically provide a full size or mini crib? I tried to call the hotel and they were just rude and useless and told me "standard size... you know, like a normal crib"... I asked, ok, so full size and not mini, both are a standard size. "Standard size, like you see in stores". "ummm, I've seen both types"..."well i don't know what to tell you, they're standard." *#($@# UGH.

I've only gotten cribs at a couple different hotels, but they were both mini-cribs!

We’ve gotten both a mini-ish metal crib on wheels, and a PNP depending on hotel. Even the PNP have varied in size but nothing has been full size. I always bring a PNP sheet and often they give you a flat sheet you can tuck also.

Thanks! I'm trying to figure out what size sheet to pack. I think a PNP sheet sounds like the right one to go with.

I have seen both PNP and weirdly sized metal cribs on wheels. They usually provide a flat sheet tucked around the mattress and often a blanket that I take out.

Where we’ve stayed it’s been a normal size crib(not mini) but very generic. It had a sheet and a welcome basket for LO. I asked for a crib cause he will not sleep in a pack n play. Some places state it could be a pack n play. So verify of that’s the case. Hope that helps.

The two times we used a hotel crib, it was a pack n play.
Also, I decided to try to never use a hotel crib again if possible, because they were nasty and couldn't get cleaned. Especially all the drool (??) stains around the rim. Ick.

My sister manages a DoubleTree and they provide pack & plays.

I’ve had mini cribs and pack n plays at hotels (though it was called a “crib” in their online materials).
You should be ok to pack a standard size crib sheet. We’ve always done that and you can wrap them pretty tight around the mattress. ESP since your baby is older now I wouldn’t be concerned.
But honestly if that gives you anxiety just buy a mini crib sheet (cheap Walmart or whatever) and then you always have one on hans For travel. -
The only time we got something other than a pack n play was a boutique hotel in Chiang Mai, and they provided an old school metal crib with drop down side.

@cake2017: Ugh! I know, I was so pissed. I'm thinking, you have it at the hotel, send someone go measure it! Unfortunately my in laws do a timeshare there and we're staying with them so I dont have the choice to not give them my business, but I will certainly be remembering this if I ever have to book with Holiday Inn Resorts.
Maybe I'll just bring both haha. I should have plenty of room in my suitcase since I don't bring much more than 2 bathing suits and 2-3 outfits that barely get worn.

Always mini and wood. Sometimes it’s just a pack and play. Always comes with a sheet though so I’ve never brought one.
