We are deep frying ours in an infrared fryer. My BIL is seasoning it with cajun spices.

DH is brining it tonight and then cooking it in the Traeger tomorrow morning!

We're not making a turkey this year, but DH usually brines and bakes. He follows Alton Brown's recipe.
