I have to say I'm pretty proud of myself. My new years resolution was to eat healthier...

I cut out processed food, sugary drinks, sugary cereal, candy, chocolate and beef. This was a huge change for me! We ate hamburger helper, chocolate and candy and drank pop on a regular basis....I'm still going strong!

I've been eating oatmeal and rasins for breakfast, bananas, celery and peanutbutter for snacks. Lunch and dinner vary but some favorites are salad with cottage cheese, chicken and rice, shepards pie with turkey.
