Hopings it's enough for 25ish people. About half are kids ranging from 14m - 13!

We're doing two because my FIL LOVES to fry one. Can only do up to 12 lbs in his fryer, so we have 12 lb fried and 9 lb in the oven for 9 adults and 3 kids. Rooting for leftovers!

We're hosting a friendsgiving tomorrow and our head count just jumped from 10 to 15 with a last minute RSVP. I only have a 13lb turkey thawed
I ran out earlier and bought a small ham to cover my bases... Hopefully that won't be too weird -
A little over 13 lbs...for only 4 people. We'll have leftovers.

8.5 lb. breast for 8 people. We're not big on turkey and I had SO MANY LEFTOVERS last time when I did a 16 lb. bird.

@Mamaof2: I just got the biggest one I could find, but we have enough sides planned that if you only get a pound of turkey, it's okay. Plus, my kid isn't going to eat any turkey, so there's that.

We did Thanksgiving early because of my huaband's work schedule, but we had a 12lb turkey for 6 adults + my 1yo son. We sent everyone home with leftovers and I'm still eating turkey a week later...

@regberadaisy: I just didn't feel like cooking a giant bird. Usually I get a whole turkey and we have so much leftover that is mostly dark meat (my family doesn't like it that much).
