It's going in the negatives here again this week (boo). I go to Gymboree twice a week with LO, but I'm thinking I should skip because it'll be 0 degrees outside. DH doesn't think I should because our car is in a garage and he'd only be outside for less than a minute.
How cold is too cold for you to take LO out? Even if you won't be outside for long?

I take my kids out no matter the temperature (and we don't have a car!). I don't think going from house to car and car to Gymboree would be a big deal at all, I'd definitely still go!

@Pepper: This week is too cold for me. It's likely that preschool is going to be cancelled.
I'd be comfortable with running from the car to the store, but I worry about my car not starting or the brakes giving out. My car wouldn't start during the last polar vortex, and my wiper fluid is still frozen.

We take LO out no matter the temperature. We have a car, but I don't drive, and most things in our area are easier to walk to. We just bundle her up! I would take her - he'll be fine from the car to the building.

I didn't take B two weeks ago when the windchill was -16. I was probably being overly cautious though!

For car to building, I take her no matter what. For outside walks, I don't go below zero (but we have a weather shield for the bob and it keeps her toasty if she's bundled).

I take the LO out to the car and to our regular activities no matter what. It is -23 C today and we are still going to swimming lessons. She's only outside for a minute or two and I warm up the car for a good 10 minutes before. This winter has been brutal and if I didn't go outside when cold I'd be stuck inside every day!

If I'm just going from car to door I take her out in almost anything. I did keep her in the house when it was -35C last week but that's just because it was too cold to do anything and I wasn't venturing out either !!!
Like @Delight, it's been a cold winter (regularly -20C or below) so we have no choice but to venture out. Car starters are my BFF!

We take DD out in any temperature if we are going in the car. The stroller is a different story. If its below -10 C we don't do stroller outings. This winter has been brutal... Only 50ish days 'til Spring!

We went to our gymboree class last wed evening when it was around 10*. We skipped our sat am class tho because it was even colder and super windy and it's a low attendance class anyway!...
If there are many ppl/babies in the class id go. But if not id stay home!

Dude I don't take MYSELF out when it's that cold. But I'm a wimp 
In all honesty though, I'd probably still take them. LO probably needs to burn off energy from being cooped up inside!

We take LO out no matter what the weather and we don't have à car. We just bundle her up and she's actually really toasty. If you're driving, your LO will be absolutely fine.

Well, mine go outside because I can't just not go anywhere. She's outside for less than a minute when I take her to daycare. Bundle them up, use a blanket, etc. Warm your car up

Temp doesn't matter. If it was like 60 below I would stay in, but otherwise she's out there for less than a minute!
