I WAH so ideally I would wake up early and exercise before work, prep dinner at lunch and clean after work.
This doesn't happen a lot.

I would be more efficient if I can just wake up early too! To exercise, make tea/breakfast, unload dishwasher, walk the dog, etc!

By not being told about online games....and subsequently finding the app for said game in the Android market.

Haha, I thought you meant at work, and since I WAH and am taking a couch break, definitely was going to say.
Either way though - yes I could do much better with my time!

@septca: hahah, me too! By staying off HelloBee in general.
I also could have not clicked on @Adira's post about that game. 2 hours later and I'm still thinking about it / setting times that I'm allowed to play it (i.e. if I work 30 minutes I get to play one round, etc)

@septca: I need to stay away from Hellobee in general, it just sucks me in everytime!

Uhh, block HB! I only do it when I really need to get work done.
This is sorta anti-HB, but if I don't start threads, it prevents me to checking responses every 2 seconds. It, also, helps if I only read threads and not respond. Then I'm not reminded to check those threads. But, I get bummed that I forget to check back on a thread. My, oh, my... the challenges of HB addiction.

Waking up early for sure. This week has been tough with daylight savings time. Tomorrow's my WFH day. I can't wait to sleep in until 7am.

Agree on waking up earlier! I WAH too and generally I just roll out of bed, into a robe, make my DH's lunch and my breakfast, and sit down to eat/work. Which means I'm often still in my robe at 3pm. And then it's inconvenient to "get ready" for the day. I constantly wish I could be the sort of person who gets up 45 minutes early to take a shower and get ready for the day and put on real clothes before I start working. But it just never happens.

I do wake up early but I can't get out of bed in a timely manner...I like to read stuff on my phone until I have to work!

If I closed my door and turned my phone on DND, minimized my email and quit texting.
I am the definition of "multitasking causes you to get less done". Sigh.

If I stayed off the internet, that would help. But the real thing that would help would be if my boss didn't always throw random requests at me. I get so much done when she is out of the office.
