I used to average 36 days when we were TTC DS. I also learned I had a late O day compared to the "average." (CD 22 on the cycle we got our BFP)
I've had AF visits since 4.5 mths PP (WOMP WOMP).... and they've ranged anywhere from 28 days to 35 days, averaging 32 day cycles.
We're just NTNP, but curious to see how others' cycles changed between pregnancies/LOs.

Are you BFing? My cycles were super wonky pp until I completely weaned DD. Then they went back to exactly the same as pre-DD (31-32 days, O at CD17-18). AF itself is still a bit different - starts in the evening instead of the morning, very little cramping, very little PMS, more bloat.

Pre-baby, my cycles were roughly 27/28 days and I ovulated CD 14-16.
My first cycle pp was 43 days and I ovulated CD 36 with a 7 day LP. The second cycle was 38 days and I ovulated CD 28 with a 10 day LP. The third cycle I ovulated CD 20. So my cycles were definitely still regulating... I'm not sure where they would've ended up!

@septca: We did until just past 1 year, DS is 17 months now. AF has regulated for the most part. The last two months were kind of wonky.

My cycle lengths are the same (around 24-26 days) the only thing that is different for me is now I experience cramping on O day.

my cycle used to be pretty long, 40 days. after LO, it's like my body reset itself and is at 30 days, and the flow seems heavier.

My cycles used to be fairly consistent about 30 days. Although, not exact, so I had random months with 26-34 days, but those were rare, and prolly due to stress. After los, I feel like they were always within the 26-34 range. Not as consistently 30. Although, I typically did spot so I knew when I was getting it.

I've only had two periods since having A but the first cycle was 41 days and I ovulated on day 27. This time I ovulated on day 14 - I have NEVER done that before in my life! So maybe pregnancy helped heal my cycle issues fingers crossed

Used to be 28 cycles like clockwork even off of BC. I got an IUD before I ever got my period back after having LO and it totally messed up my cycles. I spotted or had a period every 2 weeks...it was awful. When I finally had it removed my cycles were anywhere from 25-28 days with lots of spotting before and/or after.

I'm still nursing so mine may be skewed by that but I was initial ovulating much later (CD 17-21) and my LP has been super short (6-8 days) recently I ovulated my usual CD15 and it seems like I might do that this month too but my LP was still only 11 days and with a lot of spottig beforehand. I used to only spot a day or two before and had longer LP. We are down this month to one feed a night. Hope it helps.

Mine got worse but more predictable. I am every 28 days on the dot and the first day is super heavy and very painful. Then again, I was on BCP for a long time and I"m not now so that might be why I'm noticing a difference in the amount of flow and cramping but it wasn't this bad after I went off BCP but before BFP.
