We used the ginormous Euro baby bath in our bathtub.
Did you use a baby bathtub, sink, regular bathtub, bucket or something else?

@Corduroy: I should do that next time. It will probably be more comfortable for my C-section incision!

Last time, we gave her first couple of baths on the bathroom counter in the baby bath, then moved her baby bath to inside our bathtub.

Laundry tub with a baby sling (wire frame with a terry cloth cover). We never used the laundry tub for anything else so it worked perfectly. With DD1, that lasted about two months, but DD2 grew so quickly she was in the big tub by about 10 days old!

We co-showered. I had a c-section, and being able to stay upright was really helpful. It was also nice to not have to totally rush my shower since she quite liked the water as long as she was in the wrap. I'm not sure if it would work very well without a detachable shower head, but we already had one. That made it easier to make sure the water went where I wanted it to and not in her face. When she was bigger she liked to sit in the bottom of the shower and play while I washed.

It's one of my favorite baby products. She stays so warm, it's easy to prop her up a bit and keep her comfortable. Both my babies absolutely loved loved the bath. Plus, no bending over the tub and a sore back for me

Baby bathtub on the nursery floor on a towel. We're a little short on space in our bathroom.

We used the kitchen sink until earlier this week and have since switched to the baby bath in the big tub.
We started in the kitchen sink due to the size of the bathroom however the water temperature is easier to control in the tub.

We're co-showering. DH hands lo to me when I'm showering then takes him back a few minutes later so I can finish up. We tried the sink and a tub in the bath but in our tiny apartment, both were tough. At just under 1 month, LO loves the shower.

baby bathtub on the kitchen table. Perfect height so I wasn't bending (C-section) we did that until she was likr 5 months old and then we moved it to the big tub since she liked to splash/kick.

we use a bath sponge in the bottom of our bathtub - really inexpensive and doesn't take up much space

@namaste: Same here. We loved the Puj tub. Then, at around 12 weeks (I think), we switched to a cheapie tub from Target.
