I'm pretty sure something in my diet is upsetting my baby's tummy (see my other desparate posts!). I don't know whether it's an intolerance or just something causing reflux. So my plan is to make up some chart where I track what and when I eat, when she is fed, and when she gets fussy.
Is that pretty much what you all did? Of course like a bad scientist I'm also cutting back on or cutting out any suspects- so little dairy and no hummus for now.
Any other suggestions? I'd eAt cardboard for a few months if it makes her happier and sleep better!
