How did you lose the weight post-baby?

    It was hard for me to lose the last 10lbs. I think some people just hold onto the extra weight while breastfeeding. I struggled to lose the last bit until DS was over 9 months old. I breastfed until 11 months and ever since I see results exercising like I used to before baby. While breastfeeding I felt like I was putting in so much effort with nothing to show.

    I lost all the weight by 4 months pp, I think from breastfeeding and just from not really snacking (due to lack of time!), but my body is softer...I guess I'm "skinny fat" now? I haven't put much effort into working out but i fit in all my pants so I haven't been terribly motivated...talk to me when I have to put on a bikini!

    I was below my pre-baby weight at my 6 week check. All from BFing and I only gained 19 lbs-the same for my second and third babies. I still have a little belly pooch,that most peopleouldn't notice ut drives me nuts, but I haven't worked out at all, so....

    I gained 29lbs and was back into my pre baby jeans within 2 weeks of delivery. By my 6 week pp appointment I was back to my pre pregnancy weight. I think I lost more weight after that due to EBF and just being constantly tired.

    @Rainbow Sprinkles: I found out that I had gestational diabetes at 6 weeks so I ate healthy during my 1st and 2nd trimesters. Low carb and lots of protein!
