Santa loves to take all of the credit!! It sure is tempting to give him the best presents anyway...

This will only be my second time playing Santa but I'm keeping it similar to what I had as a kid. Growing up, Santa always brought our bigger presents (bicycles, game systems, electronics, etc). We also had smaller presents, stocking stuffers, socks, underwear, toiletries, candy/treats.

The gifts that come from Santa are the ones DD asks Santa for. Our gifts are things she doesn't ask for, but know she'll like!

similar to @NYCaliMama the gifts from Santa will be the ones he's been asking for (a trumpet and a guitar) and whatever goes into his stocking (new hat and gloves, a recorder, fruit snacks, a few small toys). The gift from us will be whatever we want him to have at the time.. probably clothes! He gets so many toys from Santa and his birthday (Dec 11th) so close to each other, I don't want the toys to pile up!!

Santa sends the fun gifts. Mom and Dad give the other gifts like clothes and books.
