My husband sent this to me today (found on reddit) and said, "Did you post this?" I couldn't help but laugh out loud. Anyone else?

That's DH's method. It drives me insane. To me, of its on the floor it's dirty so I end up doing mounds of laundry that I don't need to do. Our room isn't big enough to allow for various laundry piles and I can't remember what he wore when.

My husband puts his dirty clothes in the closet even when the basket isn't there. I'm more of a pile type.

Hehehe! Our clean laundry usually just lives in a bag in the bedroom. Closets? What are those??

I should just take a picture of the section of hallway that leads to our laundry room. It's a disaster. But I do know what is clean and dirty!! lol

@oliviaoblivia: Lol! Me too!
DH leaves clothes everywhere! To me, if it's on the floor it's dirty. But, there's no excuse to having clothes on the floor! I always have a 'dirty' hamper in the bedroom.

Hahaha
LO has a hamper in his room but ours is in the laundry room. There is usually a pile on our bedroom floor!

Haha in our house it's more like 'if it's dirty, it's on the floor. if it's clean, it's unfolded in that laundry basket over there.'

You girls would drive me nuts!
I cannot stand laundry out or on the floor! After its washed its put away immediately

@Mamaof2: I am with you. I have to fold clothes right away and put them away. It drives me crazy otherwise. If DH leaves clothes in the dryer for a couple days, I will rewash them.

@Smurfette: yeah that's why the dryer beeps when its done - so you can go get the clothes out before they wrinkle!!!
I don't let DH do laundry!

So my husband folds or hangs laundry immediately. I put clean clothes on this bench at the foot of our bed and basically wear it from there, haha.
But never, ever would I put clean clothes on the floor. Yucks. And it really bothers me when DH throws his dirty clothes on the bench on top of my clean clothes! We have laundry baskets about 4 feet away.

Laundry gets folded right away out of the dryer, but the folded clothes pretty much always cover our loveseat.
For all those that throw the clean laundry in a basket or pile, how do you keep from looking like a wrinkly mess?

I thought I was the only one! I gave my husband laundry orientation when he came home from a trip!

This is totally us! Only Xander and Logan's clothes actually get put away. Hubs and mine are just in piles.

That's me too! We have laundry baskets and every once in awhile my husband will ask why I have clean clothes on top of dirty clothes in the dirty clothes basket. That's easy. All those clothes are clean and just not put away for weeks. See its a clean clothes basket.

Haha for me- if it's clean it's in the basket of clean clothes that never got put away!
I'm good about always putting dirty in the hamper

Now that I have time for a proper answer, this is totally me. I'm a very visual person, so I forget about things that I can't see. I like to hang up my clothes on occasion, but oftentimes they stay folded up in the laundry basket.
My husband lays clothes out on the floor for our dog to sleep on and then wonders why everything is covered in hair.

DH leaves piles also.
Since I'm usually the one doing the laundry, I usually tell him if he wants something clean, he has to put it IN the basket. I gave up on washing everything and him then telling me half of it wasn't even dirty.
