Does it bother you when people say prego? This really bothered me when I actually was "prego" but now I've found myself saying it lol. Must stop.
How do you feel about it?

It doesn't bother me when other people say it but I feel ridiculous saying it myself!

I hate it, lol, and threw a flip flop at DH the one and only time he tried to use it. That said I hate the word "preggers" even more. I don't know why, they're just both so grating.

No, it doesn't bother me. I refer to myself as "preg", "prego" and "a blob" regularly! DH calls me "preggers" which I don't mind either.

I woudn't say it. I see a lot of people who do and it doesn't bother me.

totally think of the commercial where it's so very obvious that Prego is thicker than Ragu.

I've grown used to it, but hated preggo, preggers, etc. at first. Also hated hearing "bump," but have really grown use to that as well!

It doesn't bother me at all.. I would rather use prego or preggers than "knocked up"
(although I probably have used all 3 on HB)

Doesn't bother me...I don't ever say it but I will type it sometimes in an email/text

I don't think of it when I hear it because the sound is different, but seeing it written I can't help but think of Prego, the Italian word for "you're welcome"

doesnt bother me, say it all the time... preggo or not!

I like it! I got an earful from an older lady at kohls how she hates my generation calling their belly a bump.

Doesn't bother me, but I think it makes more sense in writing (i.e., online) than out loud...as with most of the abbreviations we use!

I kind of like it, but I can't actually say it - I feel ridiculous.
When I'm typing messages to people I just abbreviate it to 'pg', but say the full word if I'm talking.

Doesn't bother me at all. I write preg all the time, but don't say it.

I kind of hate them both, but not enough to flip out if someone uses it in my presence.

It mildly annoys me. I wouldn't get mad at anyone who says it, but it makes me cringe.

I never cared for the term.. I have no reasoning behind it though.
@mrs. wagon: HAHAHA - now that's what I'm going to think of

One of my coworkers asked if she could call me preggers. It was funny. I told her that once in a while is ok, but I don't want my name to become "Preggers".
