Dumb question I'm sure but seriously, how do you freeze vegetables? DH is always coming home from Aldi with vegetables to make stew - potatoes, celery, onions, carrots, etc. But we never go through all the veggies before they go soft/bad. I'm tired of the waste so I'm going to cut up and freeze what's in the fridge/pantry.
So how do you freeze veggies? Do you steam, cool, then freeze? Or just chop and freeze? Help!
