Not even good sleep habits or anything. I just mean any crutches or whatever it takes to get then to sleep.

We used to nurse to sleep, but it's not really working because she very frequently wakes up transferring to the crib anyway. Now the only thing that's works is holding her and bouncing on the exercise ball for 30-45 minutes. I cannot keep that up, both our backs are about to break (Dh and my backs. Baby's back is fine). Staying asleep is its own issue, for now I just want her to go to sleep without the 45 min of bouncing.

I'm hoping to do some gentle sleep training stay and will CIO if need be once she is a little older. She's 14 weeks now. I see people complain about 30 naps and it takes me twice that sometimes only for her to wake up as soon as I bend over the crib anyway.

(Typed on my iPhone as I sit on the couch and let her use my boob as a pacifier just to keep her asleep).
