I get it medium rare. I'm not a fan of well done but my MIL likes her meat pretty much burned.

I like medium well.

medium rare! i can't stand overcooked meat, i had to convert DH, he was a well done guy, but now he eats it medium rare =)

Medium rare .. DH has now been converted to the pink side as well:)

Rare-Medium rare depending on where we're eating.

Medium for me, medium rare-rare for DH.

If we're cooking it then PINK, practically mooing ( my parents raise beef ), at a restaurant then I'll order medium.

mooooooing! very rare - ideal steak is hot/crusty on the outside and still cool in the center.

I'm also down with raw meat like tartar and carpaccio.

I hate overcooked meat.
