Grilled Cheese's are one of my lunch staples. My grandmother made them for me often growing up and taught me how to make a mean sandwich... IMO, anyway lol.

On a regular basis I use rye bread, hard block marble cheese (the good stuff, not the cheaper block), oregano and minced onion (sans onion for DH). We've tried variations of flavored cheeses as well, but that's our go-to. I like to do the egg in a basket grilled cheese as well... So good after a night of drinking!
