Up to now I've preferred getting them in the mail and paying them as they come out of our bank account. DH and I just got a cash back Visa that give 2% on recurring bills so we will be switching everything over to that. I still prefer having control over when the money comes out but I can't say no to cash back. How do you pay your bills?

Online, mostly manually, but there are a couple that I have enrolled in automatic payment, if the amount never changes and it comes out on the same date every month (car insurance, for example.)

Every one is done online and we do them all manually except two. I get paid once a month so I just pay everything all at once so we don't have to worry.

Online once a month. We budget everything and make a large deposit on the 1st of the month.

We do still have a few house bills that need to be switched over to online, but all our bills (except for a few fixed rate bills (property tax & insurance)) are all paid manually.

My first thought was that episode of I Love Lucy where she piled all her bills on a Lazy Susan, spins it, and whichever ones were still on it got paid! Anyone remember that?! Lol!! But no, I do it online.

We pay some online manually, and some are auto drafted out of our account. We don't mail anything though.

I pay everything a couple days before the first if the month. Some are not due for a few weeks, but I like to set aside time to do it once a month or I will forget. I pay mostly online manually and have to write a couple checks a month. DH does not like to set up automatic payments or I'd do that instead of manually.

Online manually, except condo mortgage, life insurance, and car payment. I need to set up the house mortgage still.
