My cousin has a little girl named Naomi.

I have a friend who pronounces it Ny-omi and another who pronounces it Nay-omi. I usually go with Nay-omi if it's someone I don't know.

If we were in the US, I would probably say Nay-omi but if we're in Japan, I would go with Na-omi.

I voted Nay-omi since that is what DH said. But I pronounce it Ny-omi (ny as in rhymes with eye). Glad I am not alone!
