I pop Zicam and Airborne. Who knows if it really works, but I feel like it helps!

Wash my hands, wash my hands, wash my hands, and wash my hands some more. And carry Purell around with me everywhere I go.

Wash my hands, keep my distance, and drink lots of water. And flu shot.
I haven't been sick in almost 3 years.

purell like its going out of fashion, spray lysol in peoples faces (not really but tempting) I do spray lysol on doorknobs and light switches and take emergen-c and hope for the best.

Ugh, I'm on my second cold (soon to be sinus infection) in 2 months. Ever since I had LO I get sick all the time. Pretty much any time she has a cold, I get it too. Last year she started daycare in October and I feel like we were constantly sick from Oct to Feb.
For those that use Airborne, do you take it regularly or just when you're starting to feel sick?

Sheer determination and a solid immune system. My husband and LO had that wicked stomach bug that's been going around last week. I thankfully somehow avoided it.
I take a vitamin, drink lots of water, but other than that I don't really do anything.

Washing your hands a lot is the best thing you can do. At work I wash my hands after going to the bathroom then I use the paper towels to turn off the faucet and open any doors between the bathroom and my desk. That way I am not touching any germ-infested doorknobs.

Wash hands. Be conscious of surfaces. I eat healthy vs. try to be thin and seriously this has changed my life!

Airborne. Sneeze inside elbow (them and me). Frequent hand washing. Use plastic cups- when in doubt grab a new one No kissing (cheeks) or touching).

Another Zicam fan. I also wash my hands constantly, and use hand sanitizer. I also keep a good distance from anyone who is coughing or sneezing.

I read recently that flu masks actually help. http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/flu-mask/AN02035
This article says flu mask with alcohol based hand washing.

@Aimed: LOL! Spray lysol in people's faces! Haha. I wish I could do that.
