I plan on doing cardio PP but I no longer have a gym membership and access to machines.
How do you tone up your arms? I think I have hand weights that I can dig out...5, 8 and 10 lbers.

My arms are sadly not toned right now, but I find that good old-fashioned push-ups are most helpful. I hate them, but they work.

push ups, tricep dips, chest presses, bicep curls, overhead presses

I just do random stuff w/hand weights while watching TV. And now I balance LO in one arm while doing housework and eating lunch.

I haven't made it back to the gym yet (but was cleared to today!!), but...carrying around LO and her carseat seems to be pretty strenuous. I shouldn't admit that it has, in fact, caused some muscle soreness!
