Another "I didn't know I was pregnant" story popped up in my twitter feed today:
I just don't get how people can't tell their pregnant!! Maybe writing off sickness and fatigue as a stomach bug early, but how do you not feel the baby move, etc. Glad it worked out for this girl, but it's just one of those things I'll never understand!!

Same. I was rocking a beach ball under my sundress by the end of my pregnancy. I also felt insane movement, and saw serious flailing limbs underneath my skin. There's just no way!

Aside from all of the obvious physical changes and baby movements, I had so many random little side effects (extremely dry, irritated skin, hand numbness, painful joints) I would at least think something was wrong with me that I'd want to get it checked out!

Yeah seriously! I watched the show "I didn't know I was pregnant" and can't believe the have so many episodes. The crazy ones are when the mom writes off the baby moving as gas.

I knew someone who didn't know she was pregnant. She went in to the hospital for severe cramps only to find she was having contractions. She was a larger woman and said she just thought she gained a few pounds over the holidays. Not sure about baby movements, etc, though.
I have a friend (who knew she was pregnant) who said baby kicks felt exactly like gas bubbles, so I guess?
Still that show fascinates me because when I'm pregnant, I feel it!
