Back when I was running 5 miles a day I ran 5-5.5 mph.
Now. I can barely run 1/4 mile. I run it at 4 mph. HAHA. so sad

I couldn't even tell you MPH, I haven't ran in like years!!! I'm like tortoise slow though. I used to be fast in high school! I have no desire to run whatsoever now.

I used to run at 6-7 mph on the treadmill. I have short legs! I haven't been able to run since I found out I was pregnant and I have a 6 month old....so it's been nearly 1.5 years!

probably same as you... I can run almost a mile alternating between 4-5 mph

For as athletic I am, it's a cruel joke that I am as slow as I am lol! It takes me 10-11 min to run a mile when I'm in shape! I've never ever broken an 8 minute mile lol

I enjoy running, but I'm not fast. If I'm running distance (over 3 miles) I average about a 10 minute mile.

I used to be able to run almost a 5 min mile.... back in the day. I can still chug along but now in the first trimester it's back to being slower for awhile.

@Rubies: haha amazing.
Pre-baby I ran a 43/44 minute 10k, I will be happy to go sub-50 mins next month! I don't treadmill run nor track my outside runs, so not sure what it is unless in a race.

@Maysprout: whoa, so jealous of you! I would love to be fast, but instead I apparently have all slow-twitch muscle fibers. Were/are you a competitive runner?
@Beebug: That was about my 10k time pre-baby too. No idea what it would be now after almost a year off. I can't wait for my LO to turn 8 months soon so I can start taking him out in the BOB.

@giraffe: I love the bob!! LO is just about 5 months and I have her facing forward and get a good powerwalk going, but no running yet, honestly I think I'm so out of shape the stroller would be increased work and I think I need to work on running on my own first

Not a runner, so I have no idea!! My FIL is a marathoner and has the 26.2 sticker on his car, I keep joking that I'm getting this one

@Beebug: same here, lots of walking with the BOB but no running yet. I am also a bit worried about the extra work of pushing the stroller while running, but I definitely don't have time to run without my LO, so I'm hoping it will be okay.
