On a scale of 1-10 with 5 being average? Of course this is completely subjective!
I don't think parenting is particularly difficult for us right now -- we're not dealing with any major problems. I guess the biggest challenge now is the daily juggle -- trying to find time for it all beyond parenting.

I think 5/average. It's not that the actual act of parenting is hard. What's hard is not having enough hours in the day to be the best parent I can be and to do all the things I want/need to do.

Its feels really good to be able to tick five today! Average!! She still doesn't STTN but her wake ups are down to one (usually) and, generally, we are in a good routine. Its still challenging - working + parenting usually is - but its nothing we cant handle. I didn't think we would get here!!!

I don't think it's too hard right now. The major issue is DD's sleep, other than that, my two LOs are pretty easy going and we aren't currently dealing with a ton of problems.

It's not too bad right now. We are having some nursing issues but that's not really a parenting problem. I voted 5. It's not overly hard but its not a breeze either. Haha
T is a good boy but he rarely wants to play independently. So I struggle with doing anything else but hovering over him all day.

Today is a 2 because my husband is home :). When he's gone it's only about a 5 because we are in a sweet spot - STTN, eating well and crawling but not walking.

Right now we are in overtired, fighting sleep, miserable toddler hell. Not our finest month. And being 7 months pregnant on top of that adds bonus points

I'd say a 6. We are in the thick of tantrums/terrible 2's right now. I am hoping once he becomes more verbal we will have an easier time! His sleep is really good for the most part right now so that definitely makes a difference.

Around a 4. I think i would have voted too if I wasn't pregnant & struggling a little with the balance of taking care of myself (both with exercise & rest) & caring for my family & home. 14 months is my absolute favorite age. LO is my favorite person to be with (other than DH) these days!

I chose a 4. Things feel almost easy with my two year old right now, but only because I know it's going to all fall apart in the next week when we throw a newborn into the mix! I feel horribly guilty but I'm almost dreading it

I voted high on that scale haha! Being a mom comes really well to me, but we are constantly in this crazy flux this year, outside of LO. New job, new school, constantly changing work hours, horrible unexpected death and two moves! Ahh! We are trying to wade through this challenging year and get settled. So it isn't the parenting as much as just life right now and we are working on things (hopefully) stabilizing a bit and finding time for DH and I to care for ourselves on top of it all.

I'm at around a 7 at the moment- but I'm a FTM of an almost 5 week old who won't sleep on her own, only in your arms or in the bed with you. We're still learning how to do this parenting thing, and hoping it gets a little easier soon!

We just got through a week of LO having mono. It feels like smooth sailing right now. 2.5 seems to be a happy age for my LO. She is independent and not as clingy as before.
@Ms.Pumpkin: Parenting for me was about a 9 at that point! I hope things improve quickly!

I voted 9. LO is such an efficient crawler now and the independent play we used to enjoy went out the door. If I leave the room, it's less than a minute before he pulls up on my leg. And the sleep issues ... it's draining!

@Ms.Pumpkin: even an 11 is totally understandable at that point. It's SO hard at first but it will get much easier soon and eventually it will even be fun (sometimes)!

I voted 5, it just really depends on the day. Some days the terrible twos are so bad I look at her like "what am i doing wrong that you are acting like this?!" And then days like yesterday she was so sweet and funny and just wanted to hangout with mommy, I felt like I was doing it all right! We just never know which 2 year old you are going to get when she wakes up

Im going to say 5. We have no major issues right now, although we will shortly after we start potty training next week. The terrible 2s really havent been awful. Sleep is fine. Eating is fine. Our main struggle is juggling school and homework with parenting.

I voted a 3. I would have voted much differently a week ago, but things have turned a corner.
All 3 boys are in a really good groove right now and I have been feeling really good about it the last couple days. It hasn't necessarily been easy, but things are just going really smoothly right now!
Who knows, tomorrow may be totally different!

I don't think it's too hard right now but my husband might think it is nore difficult since he deals with the majority of PT and waking the girls up before he goes to work. They are not pleasant at 6am.

I'm going to jinx myself but we're at a 3 right now. She's fairly easy, aside from sometimes protesting bed. But....i feel like next week, she'll be giving me a migraine But this week is good so far

Probably about a 3--I am very lucky. My 10 month old STTN, and she's very mobile, a great eater, and generally happy and playful. I have a lot of fun with her at this stage! It's definitely a challenge balancing work, her, school, my marriage, etc., but right now it feels like there's a good rhythm. Of course there's always days where that rhythm is majorly thrown off and I have breakdowns, but in general it's not significantly challenging other than the juggling act. I also say this as a mother of one with a partner who is home quite a bit--think my number would go way up if I had more than one, i can't even imagine. She keeps my hands so full!

I voted 4...but maybe 3-4 is accurate. LO still sleeps like sh$t, but my husband is awesome and has been talking all of her wakeups because I'm sick....so strangely in spite of my illness I feel more rested than usual. haha. Goooo sickness.

3? Fairly easy... the main issue is juggling both girls, but that's a me-problem - I need to get up a little earlier in the mornings and it'd be sooooo much easier.

Pretty easy right now. LO is 17 months old and we have a groove down, sometimes she has trouble with going to sleep at night, but during the day she is pretty easy. The tantrums don't really phase me and she isn't doing them too often/they are short-lived. But I am alone with her this week because my husband is away and it has not really been bad at all.

I said 6. I am having a really hard time keeping my toddler entertained. She is also in a really big attitude/bossy stage so it's draining. On the flip side, my 10 month old is really becoming a little person and giving lots of laughs.

I put 5. It's hard being pregnant and being a parent (we have been resorting to more tv/movies than I'd like), but I am so nervous for what adding a newborn to the mix will be like that I'd like to save the higher numbers for after the baby is born

6. He's generally easy but transitioning to solids has been a huge worry and he still isn't STTN.

The only really hard thing for us right now is bedtime. It's snowballed into a long dragged out affair with lots of crying and it's really frustrating. Other than that (and some food throwing), LO is pretty easy. (2 years)
