Fun fact: when a bagel slides into the bottom of the toaster oven and bumps into the bar that heats up, it goes up in flames.
Cereal for breakfast! Lol!
On the bright side, it's not snowing for once!

Great! Just got home from dropping Dd off at school.
Already had my coffee and about to make a green smoothie

@sorrycharlie: oh no!! Rough start.
Daycare was cancelled and the trains into the city aren't operating, this snow is killing me.... On the bright side local schools were closed so we had 4 teenage girls that live in the two houses on either side of us who all wanted to babysit! So we have a babysitter and me and DH are at Starbucks trying to get some work done!

Pretty good. LO lost her paci around 330 this morning and she and I both took a while to fall back asleep (we usually STTN!) but otherwise slept great. We just had a nice breakfast/smoothie and now we're watching Mickey while I check HB and blogs. I have to start getting ready soon though. I have my 30 week ultrasound today and we haven't seen this baby since 10 weeks! I'm excited!

Pretty good so far....good morning (there were trash trucks so everyone was happy), good daycare drop-off.

Oh no! I bet it smells awesome.
I slept in, I'm having an iced coffee, and easing into my work morning.

Ok. I'm dealing with some chronic pain issues so I woke up in pain. I have a 1x1 with my boss at 9. Busy day again today! I need a vacay!

So far it's pretty great. DD2 slept seven and four so I feel amazing. She woke up super smiley and them DD2 slept until 8:30 so I got a shower in before she woke up.

DD refused to get dressed, and then refused to brush her teeth. Once we bribed her with a show, she refused to leave when it was time because she wanted to watch another one. All this while I haven't fully recovered from being sick...sigh I need health on my side. I finally was able to get her into the car and she was fine, it was a rough one so I treated myself to a breakfast sandwich...it was good.

Rough! DS was running a low grade fever all night thanks to teething molars so he whined and woke up all flipping night.

Morning is over here, but it was great. DD STTN for the first time ever, so I wasn't a total zombie this morning. I got both kids to daycare early, made a latte and had a very productive work morning!

Hahaha! I bet you hadn't anticipated fire-fighting at breakfast
I have been too lazy today to rock DS to sleep at the first signs of tiredness (every 2 hours!!) so I've been dragging it out until he starts getting fussy and whiney. Making life hard for myself.

Just had a no show so I'm relaxing for a minute. I also don't have a hygienist to check so I'm extra relaxed at work. Woo!

@sorrycharlie: Oh no! Hopefully the cereal was something with marshmallows
I just crammed a bacon, egg & cheese on whole wheat toast into my face. Emotionally eating because I have to give my job notice and it's making my stomach hurt. I wish someone else could do this for me.

@sorrycharlie: Oops! Good to know, haha!
My morning is awesome so far. DH got up with Alice at 5:15 so Blake and I slept in till 6:40! Hallelujah! They had a good night of sleep so I feel super rested. Now they are napping. I decided to skip my bootcamp workout, so I'm drinking coffee and watching the Bachelor.

Rough, LO had a tough morning. He woke up having to poop. He was already tired, but pooping and messing up routine did him in. It woke up DH in the process. DH made a point of saying that he was being mean to mommy. So, I'm researching defiant toddler behavior. I would love to have morning routine not take 40 minutes to get out the door.

Ehh. Baby was up early, toddler was up early. DH got a text from his boss about an emergency work project, so he was stressed and out the door too fast. Between the winter weather and a newborn, we are all going a little stir crazy.
I just want to sit down for an hour and drink a hot coffee. So... not great, I suppose

@mrsjazz: good luck!!!
going pretty well i guess. DD had a bed wetting accident this morning at 5:30 and 6am. I left to go to work on time but the trains were so delayed I was 15 minutes late but was able to beat everyone into work.

Day just got better! I found out during my 1x1 that I'm still getting a partial bonus despite starting after the cutoff date! Woot!

Not bad! Ds appears to be having a longer than his usual 30 minute nap which always improves my mood.
The snow and cold is giving me major cabin fever though!

@oliviaoblivia: My jaw dropped. You lucky, lucky woman!!
@sorrycharlie: Been there. And our fire alarms are super sensitive. Our neighbors probably think we're pyromaniacs.
It's not yet 8 am here. DH let me get three hours of sleep, but he worked all night. And this kid is still only sleeping in 2 to 2.5 hour stretches. And that is only if he's in bed with me, which means poor DH is on the couch.

I've had better. DS woke up early with a massive poopy blowout, I had to yell at daycare for something again, roof people are no-shows for getting rid of our ice dams, and I realized I forgot to do something important for work because of all the snow.
On the positive side I'm working from home and my boss mentioned I'll be happy with my annual review on Friday.

1) Almost got in a car wreck this morning.
2) Had to buy pantyhose.
3) Was 30 minutes late to work after almost-wreck, pantyhose stop, and traffic being at a standstill on the interstate.
I'm glad it's 12:00. But on the plus side, we had face cake at work today!

Pregnancy insomnia hit last night, so I got a total of 4 hours of sleep. I start work at 6am, so it's been a loooong rough morning. Zzzzzzzzz

I am SO COLD and I can't seem to shake it even though the thermostat is cranked up as high as it can go!! Contemplating putting on my big puffy coat but that just seems ridiculous

@Espion: I know, I feel like a million bucks. Hoping your little guy gets with the program soon!

Started earlier than usual because lo has been sleeping dreadfully. However she rolled back to front fully for the first time I think that's why her sleeps been so off. She wakes herself up trying to roll all night...

I have an unexpected day off (all trains going into Boston have been cancelled) so I was able to do a bunch of errands sans kiddos. Now I'm relaxing before I need to clean the disaster of a playtoom and catch up on Grey's Anatomy before I need to grab them.
