How late do you and your SO stay up after LO(s) go to bed? I find some days I stay up ~ 3hrs and immediately regret it. Other nights, like tonight, I wish I could go to bed before her! I try to get to bed ~ 2hrs after she goes down. Especially since she keeps waking up earlier these days!

Usually 3ish hours, maybe a tiny bit less. I wish that I could make myself go to sleep earlier!

I would prefer 2.5 - 3 at the most (so 11pm at the latest). but DH routinely refuses to shut the light off until after midnight, even though he knows I can't sleep with the light on!

2-3 hours. depending on the day. we usually stay up later on the weekends watching a movie or something

Usually 3-4 hours, I should be sleeping but I am getting use to less sleep now then catch up on the weekends.

About 3ish hours, after bedtime is when I get most of my work done, as much as I'd like to be sleeping, mamma gots to bring home da bacon.

3-4 hrs usually! She goes to bed between 7:30-8 and we are up until midnight usually... And then I usually regret it when she wakes up super early

Mine's only 10 weeks old, so immediately. She "naps" at 8-9ish but doesn't go to bed for real until midnight. DH goes to bed well before her.

1.5-2 hours on a normal night, if I could go to bed when she does I would but who else would do the dishes and tidy up!

LO is only 9 weeks so we are just getting used to schedule. It had been that I was going to bed immediately. This last week I did bedtime at 830/9 and then stayed up an hour with DH to watch tv. He stays up til 12/1am and gets up for work at 6am. I don't know how he does it!

Immediately. Though we time it so her last feed is 10pm and she goes down at 10.30-11ish.

Immediately since we are still dealing with at least 2-3 night feedings and it could take a couple hours to really get her to sleep.

3-4 hours. My kids sleep early.

He goes to sleep around 6:30 and I'm usually in bed no later than 9:30, so I'd say about 3 hours. There are definitely nights that I am asleep by 8:30 though. His 3 night wakings are killing me!

1.5-2hrs after he goes to bed. I'm always in bed by 9-9:15 because LO is up between 5-5:30 everyday, sometimes even earlier.
