I've been on hold for 11 minutes so far! After having to call 4 times and getting a busy signal the first three times. I think this is totally unacceptable, but curious if others deal with something similar.

I can't call directly! I have to call a message center and they call me back...usually takes 1-2 hours for a response!

@autumnlove: that's a rediculous wait for a call-back. The one time they didn't answer: he called me back within like 3 minutes-literally.When I call the office, they get him on the line within 2 mins, i'd say.
When I call the after-hours emergency line, he calls back immediately.
The only time they take awhile to call back is if I call during their 1 hour lunch break (because obviously they aren't in their office during that hour).
