How long did it take for the Dom to work?
Also, do you remember your dosage? Any side effects?
How much increase in output did you notice?
Mine arrived today ... I had to buy it online (thanks to the US & ridiculous medication/prescription laws). My lactation consultant has extremely high hopes that it'll work, so I'm pretty excited!

I'm taking 2 pills every 6-8 hours, so 3 or 4 times a day. I never had an "OMG my supply is so much better" effect, but I do think it's helped gradually increase my supply over time.

I just started so I am eager to hear responses! I was engorged for the first time in a long time when I woke up the day after I started, so that was great. So far I am taking 80 mg/day, but I've only gotten a few oz more in output. However, I do feel noticeably fuller so I am hoping that when I do nurse (I nurse at home/pump at work) he is getting more. Also, not sure if this was a fluke day but usually he takes 10 or more oz in formula supplement, yesterday it was just 4...and I just started on Sunday.

@Vegmama: I don't remember the mg, but I remember I took 3 pills, 3 times a day and by the 24 hour mark I was pumping (I work full time away from home) double what I had been. It was amazing.
I did notice that when I started to wean off of it, I lost a little supply but it was so much better than it was that it didn't really matter.
