For Mavrick, I was lucky because by 8 weeks old her was sleeping 8 hours straight and this while being breastfeed until 4 months. He did have massive sleep regressions though.
For Sienna, started sleeping through the night on christmas eve and has kept the pattern since. That puts her at the 7 month mark.
Crazy how two kids can have completely different sleep.

DS: 12 months 
DD: 7 weeks, but that lasted until she was 4 months and it's been on and off since...like 5/7 nights a week she sleeps until 5am.

Well, she stopped waking for night feedings at 3.5 months, and basically never regressed back. However, her night wakings for her pacifier continued until quite recently (maybe 8 months), and she still wakes crying in the night on occasion... or regularly when she's sick.

When the doctor said at her 1 month well care that we could let her sleep through the night that is exactly what she did. Since she was 4 weeks she has slept an average of 8 hours a night. Every once in a while I'll have a 6 hour night, or get lucky and get 11 or 12 hours. If she wasn't gaining so much weight I would probably be worried..

DS did not do it until he started on solids at 6 months, then when he started formula slept even better again.
DD has been doing it since she was 6 weeks old.
Both are/ were EBF.

A year for my three boys and my daughter we at 14.5 months and still she wakes up multiple times.

My son is 11 weeks old today and since 8 weeks he has been doing 8/9 hrs a night.... I am sitting here waiting for him to wake now as we are going on 10 hours! He's sick though and has been sleeping a lot the last few days.

Well, he generally has a long stretches of 6-9 hours since 3 months but has had regressions.
No night wakings? He started around 6 months and whenever he's not sick doesn't get up to eat and will sleep 10 straight hours. However, he's in daycare and sick quite often. He only ever sleeps 10 hours though.
(He started on formula and solids around 4 months)

LO is 17 weeks this week and her longest sleep stretch has been 4.5 hours, and that was before the sleep regression that hit last week.

He's slept 8-9 hours consistently since 7/8 weeks old, but that stretch is from 7pm to 3 or 4am, and then he goes down for another 3 or 4 hours. We've had a few random 12 hour stretches (including one last night, yay!).

What about diaper changes? My LO cries as soon as she is wet, even in the middle of the night. Does the 12hr diapers help? She is 8 weeks and will go 4 hour stretches. Probably can go longer if it werent for the diapers.

B started sleeping through the night at 4 months. He had some slight regressions when he was sick and when we got back from vacation but he's back to sleeping 12 hours. If only he would nap!!

My definition of sleeping through the night was a 10 hour or more stretch - he started doing that at 5.5 months and has increased to 11 hours over the past few weeks.

Kids are 5.5 months. DD only wakes up 1x pretty consistently these days....usually sleeps 7-8 hours then another 3-4. So it's not sleeping through the night, but the first stretch would be a full night's sleep for us if we went to bed when she did. DS still wakes 3 times most nights...though he is making it 5 hours for the first stretch lately. I think it will be a good while before we're not getting up at all at night.
@winniebee: like yours, both of ours wake up earlier in the morning when they wake less at night. but i'll gladly wake up at 6 if it means getting up less at night....at least it's usually not earlier than that...

4.5 months for Wagon Jr. LMW is almost 6 months and she STTN for 2 weeks then stopped. She's currently still getting up 1-2 times a night

@winniebee - my LO is 6.5 months old now. Around 5 months he stopped waking up at 4am to eat and slept straight from 7:30pm-5:30am. Then within the past few weeks he's starting sleeping in later until 6:45am. Amazing how much of a difference one hour makes!!

I am guessing she won't do it until 18 months or so, like her dad.

LO didn't start consistently sleeping through the night until we sleep trained at 6 months. He started sleeping through the night periodically at 7 weeks and stopped around 12 weeks--major bummer! We kept hoping that he'd fall back into his sleeping pattern but he never did so we sleep trained.

She started sleeping 8 hours at 4 weeks old, and has been pretty good with sleeping 8-11 hours every night since (with only a couple nights in there that she's up.) I'm hoping the 4 month regression doesn't hit us!

6 months, but we had to sleep-train. He definitely would've never slept through the night on his own.
