Miss M started pulling up a couple of weeks ago and now she's officially cruising--just moving from one piece of furniture to another or holding the back of her walker and taking a few tentative steps alone.

But so far, she's been on the later side of all milestones so I am guessing after 1 year for her. (She'll be 11 months in less than a week).

About 5 months from army crawling to exclusively walking.

3.5 months. He crawled at 9 months and was exclusively walking around 12.5 months.

I thought the same as you. LO started pulling up at 7 months and she seemed to be making progress so fast. That was 2 months ago and it's been amazing to watch all the little things that she's learning, that in hindsight, she needs to walk. She cruises, gets down without falling, kneels, gets herself into a sitting position, crawls way faster than she used to, lunges between furniture, stands against the wall, crawls over and around things, drops things from standing and picks them up again. All things needed for spatial awareness and balance in order to walk. It's crazy to watch and so much more involved than just taking a step.

LO 1- army crawled at 6.5 months, standing at 10.5-11 months, real crawling at 11.5 months, first steps at 14.5 months and walking FT at 15 months.

LO 2- army crawled at 10.5 months...waiting for everything else at 13 months. Seeing a PT and doing strengthening exercises at home.

7.5 months. He started belly crawling at 6 months, regular crawling at 10 months, and walking at 13.5 months.

1.5 months. She didn't start crawling until close to 11 months and then took off walking shortly after

Crawling 6.5 months, pulled herself up within a week, walking at 10.5 months.

Forever and ever! I'm pretty sure he was crawling at 7 months...still crawling at 16.5, but getting close I think.

G started crawling at 7.5 months, and took her first steps at 10 months. Shes 11 months now and still not walking exclusively, but can go about 10ft or so before freaking out.
