It probably helps that we do this 5x/week, but i literally walk in there at 6:50ish, change her, put clothes on her, tie her hair up, carry her to the kitchen, hand her a waffle, and put shes on her. We walk out the door and that's it. It's a < 10 min process.

I don't normally do it because my husband does, but the few times I've done it, I think it takes about 20 minutes? Get him up, diaper change, clothes, brush teeth, waffle and a pouch while I get my stuff together, then shoes and jackets on and out the door! But he gets breakfast at school. I imagine it would take a lot longer if I had to feed him more than a mini waffle and a pouch...

He can be up and in the car in <10 minutes. He eats breakfast at daycare, though, so I just through a bottle of milk and applesauce pouch in my bag for the car ride.

Our morning routine is soooooo long. I don't know how it got that way but we get up about the same time, 6:15/6:30 and don't leave the house until 8:30!!! I need to get better. Part of it is that I drive and the later I leave, the less traffic. Ha.

Less than ten minutes. I get her dressed, fix her hair and brush her teeth. She eats breakfast at daycare. It helps that she wakes up bright eyed and bushy tailed in the morning. She's always happy and ready to go. It would take much longer if I had to fight her about it.

10 mins to get her dressed, hair done, and out the door. She eats at day care.

If she had her way, she would have about 45 minutes to an hour to watch tv, eat breakfast, play, etc.

I usually end up hurrying her along and/or missing things to get us out the door in 30 minutes.

It usually takes an hour and a half for us to get out of the house, but most of that is DH. When I'm solo, it usually takes less than an hour and probably 20 minutes of that is just for DD. If I was more organized, we could probably go faster when it's just DD and me, but there's no rushing my DH so I don't even bother to try most of the time.

Years. Literally. Trying to get two toddlers fed and dressed is like herding cats. Mine get up around 6:30 and if we are lucky, we get out of the house by 8:30.

About the same- 45-50 minutes. I could rush us along in 20 or so if I didn't give us a start on the couch waking up to tv and coffee. Plus there is the baby to get ready, which I could just bring along in jammies if I was in a true hurry.

10 minutes. I wake him up 15 mins before leaving. Clothing already out, quick snuggles, breakfast in the car and we are out!

They have been pretty slow about eating breakfast so yes, I feel rushed on some days lately. I am glad my kids eat, but man, they can EAT! I am already worried about what we will do next school year for kinder since it will start earlier and we have a commute...

@daniellemybelle: That includes a) lots of hair for her, b) nursing, and c) you getting ready too.. I'd say you're pretty quick with all of that!

It usually takes an hour and a half for two kids!! It's mostly because the oldest lags. She is in a "self" phase so she has to do everything herself. And that takes forever. I've had to rush before for work meetings and everyone just ends up crying and/or screaming! (Me included :-p) so most days we just take our time

We all get up around 6:30 and we like to relax/have coffee/milk on the couch, then start getting ready. Out the door by 8. LO hates being rushed though, so I wouldn't know how we would do it if she slept in much later than that.

We're also in the <10 minutes crew. DS eats breakfast at daycare, but I make him a smoothie in the morning. DH and I get completely ready while DS is still sleeping. Whoever gets downstairs first makes the smoothie, and one of us takes it in for DS to drink while his diaper is being changed. We put him to sleep in the shirt or undershirt he'll wear the next day and just his diaper (he's still in a sleep sack). I lay out his clothes the night before so it's very quick to get him dressed. We stop by the bathroom to brush teeth and wipe off his face before heading downstairs. The parent who's not getting DS ready has already loaded the car, so all we do is put on shoes and head out the door! It took some time to get this down to a science, but we wanted DS to get as much sleep as possible rather than waking him up early to spend more time getting ready. Of course some mornings he's pokier but overall it goes smoothly.

We take our time because LO is usually awake much earlier than we need to go. She's usually up between 6:15 and 6:30 and we like to be out the door between 8 and 8:30. When she sleeps in though, we wake her up by 7:30 to make sure we can get out in time. I don't know how anyone would be ready in 10 minutes! It takes about that much time to just get her coat and shoes on.
