Pretty much what the title asks. My LO (11 months) has started pulling up and letting go of everything the past 2 days, and I'm curious how long it took until they attempted the first step!

It took her about a couple of weeks, but now that she has taken a few steps, she won't do it alone. It's like she knows exactly what we want her to do, so she won't do it. She is starting to get a little more confident, but she is still cautious.

Eeeek! This is really exciting. My babe is right behind yours, and I cannot wait. I hope you get those first steps soon. It'll be so fun.

A couple months for us. I think she was perfectly capable for a long time and just wouldn't.

@singingbee: Hahaha, my LO did that with rolling over. It was like he did it once and he was soooo over it.
@littlejoy: I can't wait! It was right before Thanksgiving dinner yesterday, he just stood up off the floor holding a toy in his hands, and we all froze and then spent the next 20 minutes trying to get pictures of him doing it.

@Tanjowen: Yup! She has pretty much done it with every milestone or when the camera comes out.
