If daycare required pull-ups or training pants for potty training, how long did LO wear them? Who made the decision that it was time to switch to underwear? What was the decision based on? E.g. No accidents for X period of time?

We trained at the end of March and she had to wear pullups until she moved to the preschool building in June at age 2.5 when underwear FT was ok. We did a combo of cloth trainers and pullups.

We didn't do pull-ups but I relied on the teacher telling me when SHE was ready since she was the one who would have to cleanup any messes
She had been dry all day and after naps for a few weeks so her teacher said to bring in underwear
