Lala was in size 3 for like a year. Mei Mei started in size 3 at 3 months and she's still in them and probably will be for a little while. She's already 14 lbs and growing fast.

For reference, Lala still fits comfortably in size 4s!

Wow. @regberadaisy: Your LO is size 3 already?! C must be a freak of nature. She's still firmly in size 2 and she's probably 15 lbs and will be 3 months next week!

wow i have a munchkin! he's gonna be 8 weeks wed and still in 1's...

My son is 14 months old and wears size 3 still (when we put him in sposies). We just started using size 4 overnights even though he is 4 pounds too little. He is currently high 18 pounds low 19 pounds. Size 4 starts at 22 pounds so we have probably 4 more months. Most of the time though he is is cloth diapers (one size all the way unsnapped).

i can't remember, but it was a pretty long time.

olive has been in 3's for a couple of months now (she's 8 months old and long). charlie is 2 1/2 and only wears 4's. he could wear a 3 in a pinch!

DS started wearing size 3s at 5 or 6 months. He's still wearing them now at a week shy of 10 months. I think he'll be in them for a while. The box we usually buy has around 112 diapers. There's also a box that has 170+ but those aren't always available. If you live near a BRU/Sam's/Costco you could buy even bigger boxes and save some money in the process! (:
