@Rainbow Sprinkles: 48 hours was the normal length of time when I had B but not when I had E (they changed it to 24) - but my blood pressure was still high after I had her so my doctor wanted me to stay another night

Was at the hospital about 2.5 hours before she was born and a little less than 48 hours after because she had jaundice and had to be under the bili lights.

Admitted around 2:30pm in a Monday, she was born after an uUnscheduled induction at 2:20am on Wednesday, so 36 hours later. We went home around 4pm on Friday, so about 62 hours after birth. I could have gone home the day before if I really wanted but I had had a fever when she was born and lo was very small so they wanted to keep monitoring both of us

With my first started cervical ripening Wednesday morning, went home late afternoon, back at hospital Thursday morning for induction which turned into another full day of ripening and monitoring. Stayed overnight, started actual induction late Friday morning and DS was born early Friday evening. Total time in hospital before birth was way too long. Discharged on Sunday afternoon.
With my second, arrived at the hospital on Thursday at 4:55 and DS arrived at 5:19. So about 25 minutes. Could've left Saturday morning but was waiting for DH to pick us up so we didn't leave until around noon.

Induction started at 6:30am Friday morning. T was born at 8:35 that night.

We left Monday morning. So 14 hours before and 3 days afterwards.

Funny I always thought id want to go home ASAP but when they offered to discharge me on Sunday I teared up and asked for one more night! The pain was still pretty bad from the c section and breastfeeding was a disaster. I totally felt ready on Monday though so that was great.

admitted for induction on Friday @ 7am. Gave birth at 6:19pm. Discharged on Sunday @8pm.

Normally, it would be 11am on Sunday, but DS was in NICU and there was a 50/50 chance of him coming home with us. Since the postpartum rooms weren't occupied, the nurses were nice enough to allow us to hand around to get the verdict! They even supplied us dinner, but we just couldn't spend the night. Loved, loved, loved my nurses!!!!
