How many baby showers did you have or do you have planned if you haven't had one yet?

For my first I had 2. One with friends and family and one at work. For #2, I'm having a sprinkle.

Just one thrown by my close girlfriends. It was co - Ed and we had a small amount of family there, but mostly our friends.

I've had two babies and only one shower.

I had two with DD1. One was in Chicago with DH's family and one was in Texas with mine. When I was pregnancy with DD2, I had two cousins expecting at the same time, and our aunts did a joint sprinkle for us at our family reunion that summer.

I had one for my first, and will have 3 for my second (one friends, one at work, and one at Thanksgiving for just family). I felt guilty at first, but I wasn't working when I was pregnant with Evan, and have a whole lot of new friends who are so excited that "we're" having a baby. This baby will be the first girl in my husband's family in 78 years, so there's no way I could stop his family from making a huge deal about it

I had 3 (work, mom's family, dad's family). Divorced parents always brings two parties of everything for me.

One with LO #1 and none for #2. Showers make me uncomfortable!

1 child, no showers. They're not my thing, but I happily attend when invited.

Too many, haha. 4 total, yikes.
2 work showers (I worked between 2 offices then, and each office threw a party)
1 West coast shower (thrown by my husband’s extended family as they all live on the west coast)
1 East coast shower (hosted by my family and my husband)

1 baby. I'd say 1.5 showers--1 was with close friends, 1 was with just my sisters and mom at a cafe (very casual).

Three: 1 from my & DH's work, 1 from church, and 1 from my long-distance family. There will also be a "welcoming party" from DH's long distance family when LO is 5 mo and that may include some gifts.

No showers! So far one child. They aren't my thing!

I had 2. There was one with friends locally and one with family back home in Indiana.

I had 4 with LO1 (Friends, my mom's friends who have all known me since I was little, work, and my book club) and won't be having any for this LO.

Just one for LO1 and no sprinkle for LO2. I felt bad for LO2 because I wanted to celebrate welcoming him to our family in some way. I didn't want the gifts, just the celebration of our new addition.

DD1: 2 showers - family and friends from home and then a local friends shower
DD2: 1 sprinkle with grandmas, sisters and very close friends. -
I planned none. They had one for me at work. I told my mom and MIL that I didn't want one.

With my first I had three, one for my family/friends, one for DH family/friends, and one for my friends. I had like 18 people wanting to host, so I thought it would be better to split it up.
With my second, I had two, kinda. One at work (I was supposed to have it for my first, but he came before the shower was scheduled), and one with friends. The one with friends was more of a celebration brunch, but some people brought gifts. -
I am pregnant with number 2 now and have had zero showers. My shower for my first was cancelled.
