We have a 3br... one room for each kid, and one bedroom for us. Would love a 4br so that we could have an office, but for now we just work in our bedroom and our living room.
How many bedrooms does your house/apartment have?

3. One for us, one for DS, and the third is a craft room/office/baby room. We're moving soon, so we don't want to deal with setting up a space for LO right before packing it right up. He'll be in our room the first few months, anyways.

4. Used to be us/guest/office/spare room to dump random stuff. Now it is us/guest/nursery/spare room to dump random stuff. lol I'm making my office in our loft because I don't want to lose my repository of random shit. I feel like my whole house is cleaner for having a place to throw things!

3 bedroom. One for us, one for DS and the last one is an office/craft room/guest room.

3 bedrooms. Right now we have it set up as one for us, the smallest as a guest room (this will become the nursery), and the other big bedroom as our office. When we are pregnant and setting up the baby's room, the guest bed will shift into the office.

3 - us, baby, and a guest room. We'd like 4 so when we have LO2 we could still have a guest room. That's important to us bc my parents live far away and we like them to be comfortable when they visit!!

4 with one used as an office. When we have another kid we will lose the office although we rarely use it - it's more of a study space for my dsd.

4 with one used as an office and one used as the room where everything goes to die.

3: one for us, one for LO, and one converted into a walk-in closet. We already have a double office as a separate non-bedroom room.

3. We have one for us, a guest room, and an office that will become a room for a LO when we have one.

1! Go me actually 0? We have a loft and we love it but moving soon as baby is growing...
Eta: and we will be totally happy with a 2 bed!

4, but one bedroom is off the living room and has glass
French doors so we use as an office.

2! One is our bedroom, and baby changing area. 2nd is a nursery, storage, workout room, kids room when my step kids visit, etc. Dining room is our office. We need a bigger place, and soon!

2. One is our room, the other is our boy's room. I'd love 3 bedrooms so each child could have his own room.

2- ours (we share with our 9 month old) and a tiny room that was our office but is slowly being changed over to our daughter's room.
the 5 year plan includes a move (buy or build) to a 4-bedroom (plus an office) house. It will be friggin amazing.
We make it work here just fine though, and I imagine we'll look back on our days in this tiny apartment with great nostalgia. Less to clean, too!

We're in a 2 bedroom apartment and the 2nd bedroom is DH's "office" aka he has a desk and computer in there but it's mostly full of random crap. We will ideally be moving before we have a baby, if not, shortly thereafter.

3 - 1 is a guest room right now and the other hopefully a nursery

4 and all of them are occupied! DH's office turned into DS1's room, and my craft room turned into DS2's room. My sister uses the guest room, which has pretty much turned into her room since she lives here now.

2, one for us and one for LO. I can't wait to have a bigger place. Ideally, I would love 4 bedrooms so we could have office and gueat and then merge those two if we have another baby!

We have 3 in our apartment--not enough!
We'lll have 5 bedrooms, an office and a large playroom in our new house!

2. Well, it's advertised as a 2 br. but it's more like 1.5...way too small for 2 adults, a toddler, and 2 cats.

4 unless you count the room in the basement that could be a real bedroom as it has a real window but I wouldn't want to sleep down there Our house is really old though so the rooms aren't overly huge. They fit a bed, dresser, night stands...the basics but not much else.

2!
And it looks like we are soon moving to a very high cost of living area... So it will probably still be two when the next LO comes along. (Eta... And that's with me providing a second income that I do not right now.)

2- one for us, one for the kids...when we moved in it was just the two of us and we've definitely outgrown it, but will probably move within the next year.

3: Us, baby, guest (which lets be honest is basically the dog's bedroom). We are home shopping right now and our must have are 4 bedrooms + office + bonus room/play room.

We rent a house right now with 3 bedrooms. Hoping to buy soon and looking for 4!

4, plus an office and a sunroom. Since we don't use the formal living room I think it'll become a playroom.
GOLD / wonderful pea / 17697 posts
We have a 2 bdrm apartment. When we move we'd like at least 3, so we could have a guest/sewing room, or 4 so E could have a playroom.

We have 4 bedrooms, but our master suite is the size of 2 rooms (we have our bedroom area and my husbands office in there and theres tons of leftover space - it's awesome!). I guess 3 bathrooms? 1/2 bath downstairs, full guest bath and our bathroom has 2 separate his/her showers.
