I've only read 13, but being a parent time really gets away from you! How many books have you read this year?

Oh I don't know! Probably over 20 because I read 4 or 5 on vacation this summer... Plus 13 for book club. Maybe close to 30.

I only started keeping track since the middle of May - since then I've read 106 books.

I'm reading book #17 right now. I've really been slacking when it comes to reading.
Next year I'm going to aim for a book a week.

I'm so sad, I just thought back through 2013 and I'm pretty sure I only read 5 books! My new years resolution is to read 2 books a month for 2014! I just went through all my books and made a pile of 9 books I bought and never read

I saw this thread pop up and thought it was new for 2014 and was like WOAH people. lol.
I'm proud of myself-- so far in 2014 I've read 4 books! I got a kindle for Christmas though and I think that has re-sparked my interest. Hopefully I can keep it up.

I don't know how many books I read last year. This weird thing started happening where I start a book and lose interest pretty quickly. I've started but stopped reading more books in the past year or two than I have the whole rest of my life. I'm ashamed of myself.
As for 2014, I think I've finished 3 books so far.
