Did you buy too many, or do you wish you had more? I bought 14 (various brands) to start and I'm hoping for money purposes I don't need to buy much more. My LO is almost 1 so she doesn't go through as many as a newborn would. Looking for the average

I have 10-12 diapers. Now that she's older, I prefer pockets, and this amount means I don't have to do laundry every other day. She wears a disposable during nap time and at night time because she is such a heavy wetter.

Way too many but I had two in cloth for almost a year and one LO with fabric sensitivities. I sold a lot after LO 1 was potty trained and I have 30 something now. A lot of them are grovia pads, flats and prefolds and not AIO or pockets.

We have about 30 as well and I wouldn't want much less. We still go through 8 or so a day and I wash 2-3 times a week. We're also about to have another LO and I'm not buying any additional diapers.

We have 24. It's always been the right amount for us. At 15 months he only goes through around 6/day plus a disposable over night. We wash every other day because I don't like to have the dirty dipes sit longer than that.

I have way too many. I am only using them for DS (2.5) right now and have around 30 AIO/pockets that we rotate through. I have a huge stash of prefolds and newborn AIO's for DD but haven't had the motivation to use them with her.

We have around 30-35, but I have a toddler and infant wearing them. We wash every 2-3 days.

6! We only use them for that hour or so between his last full diaper and bath time.

I have 18! I used them for 2 kids but now just one, I feel like it's too many. Although I have read that they get cleaner when there are more diapers in the washing machine so now I wait until I can put them all in.

25 BG Freetimes plus 4 Kawaii Baby Overnights. It was the perfect amount when he was in them full-time, from 12 weeks through 18 months. I did diaper laundry 2-3x/week. When we moved and changed daycares, we went to sposies during the day with cloth at night and on weekends, so it's a little excessive now. I only do diaper laundry once a week.

I think about 20-24. At night, we add a hemp doubler. We wash about every other day, every two days because I don't like them to sit.

We have 24+ "daytime" inserts and 7 covers, we have two pocket diapers and 4 sets of inserts for nighttime. We have too many day time diapers, it causes us to procrastinate on laundry, but we could probably use one more pocket diaper for night time because of drying time.

We have 18. I have to do laundry quite a bit, but it's not so bad since I sah.

I only use prefolds and covers really. We have 18-24 of each major prefold size and 8ish covers. I also have 4 or 5 pocket diapers I will use on occasion with a prefold stuffed in.

I think I have 24, but 6 are alvas that I grew to hate so they are packed away for emergencies. 18 in regular rotation. We wash e/o day and I feel like it is the perfect number. We started with 12 and had to wash daily and I felt like we were spending too much on water and detergent.
