I am in the interview process with 2 companies right now for work at home jobs (yay!!) that feel very promising and really hoping for a good outcome. I already got rejected after round 1 interview for a third work at home job.
Before my first job, I interviewed with 3 companies, and for my most recent I had interviews with about 4 before accepting this offer as well.

Just the 1. The last two jobs I had I only interviewed with 1 and took the offer. The job before that (my first job out of college) I interviewed with maybe 3 or 4 and got 2 offers.

I think 3--4 or 5 if you count preliminary phone interviews. I was moving 5 hours away, so I didn't want to come up for any interviews that weren't really promising.

Last time I was looking for a job was during the height if the recession about five yrs ago. Think I interviewed at 3 different jobs before getting an offer. @runnerd: good luck with your job search! Work at home sounds fantastic! How did you learn of the opportunity, if you don't mind sharing? I'm a SAHM but considering looking into WAH gigs ...

First job, I interviewed with 2 companies. Current job, my boss (now no longer my boss, he moved back!) wanted me to come work for him so I already had the job before I was interviewed. Next job, I have no idea... as many as I can get.

I'm interviewing right now with 2 companies!
i'm going to a third interview tomorrow, and only had one & a half with the other (one phone, one in person)... haven't heard a peep from the other one though, interview was a week ago...grrr. i wish they would at least tell me something!

@MungBean: I work in a niche administration industry, so once you have 5+ years experience, there are WAH opportunities but they are scarce and highly desired. That's my #1 career goal to WAH haha

I stumbled upon my last two jobs while I was at other jobs (I was looking for more $$ each time), so just the one both times I applied.

Two positions at the same company. I didn't get the one I wanted most, but fast forward 7 years and I am so lucky I got the one I did. I've been able to move up and try new things and if I had gotten the other one I would still be doing that same entry level job today.
