I changed 8!
Changed one for my toddler in the morning before daycare. DH took care of her after daycare.

Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too many to keep track of. Between my toddler (who doesn't do it very often) to my infant (who does it whenever she bats an eyelash it seems), I quickly lose count.

We've never had more than 1 kid in diapers at a time... so that was a little easier! Lala did have a short regression when M. came home and I swear it felt like I changed 20 diapers a day!

Zero!!! Thank goodness potty training worked. I haven't changed a diaper in over 2 weeks. Woot!! Bonus -- no diapers over night either!

@autumnlove: Fair warning, it is worse for a couple of days while you dial everything in. You ask about potty about 1,000 times a day and spend hours going back and forth... so there are pros and cons.

I don't really keep track but am guessing around 5-6. He usually has between 8-10 but he has a nasty yeast infection and has had a lot of diaper-less times (and unusually long naps today).

I think i changed 4 today? Dh did 2.

@autumnlove: When she talks about potty, can pull her pants down and can tell you when she has to go is a good time.
So M. has shown interest already (I think cuz sis is doing it) and has even pooped on the potty once at 16 months!

3 - It should have been 4 but she pooped while I was airing her out before daycare so there was no diaper involved.

6ish? I don't know how many my husband got today since he's home too. I've been more frequent than usual today to check his temperature and make sure he's peeing and staying hydrated. Fevers suck!

Typical day is a dozen or so
at least it's down from 20+ when they were tiny!

Only two! In the morning I put her in her first diaper before daycare. Then the rest of her daytime diapers were changed at daycare. I ended the day by putting her in her night diaper after her bath. The best days are when she does all of her pooping at daycare, which is what happened today
