How many diets have you tried? Were they for short term weight-loss (i.e. for your own wedding or someone elses) or are they a part of your quest for long-term health?
What absolutely did not work for you? What has worked for you? What are you hoping works for you?
Strangely enough, my dad goes on a "diet" for a few days before he sees his dentist or doctor.
Me, I think I've only been on two "diets" in my life...in my younger years I went all protein heavy to go along with sports, and much later, I went veg for a month....but that's about it!
