We are close with two couples that have one child each. All of our other close friends do not have any kids yet - most of them are not even engaged at this point

We're surrounded now. Most of my close friends had babies the same time as me! I feel very lucky. I also made friends with a few great girls in our prenatal class, and we hang out often. We've become particularly close with one couple. Most of our siblings have small children and babies too. The only childless friend left is my best friend, and I prefer, for my own sanity, that she stay that way!

We don't have a ton of friends yet. We have our group church of friends and that's about it... so it's maybe 3-4 families. But only one that I hang out with on a regular basis.

My sister has a kid.

Otherwise we know 10+ couples or singles who don't have kids. My BFF from elementary school is still single.

Very few of our friends have children. We are the first in our close circle of friends to have a baby, even though we are the youngest.

I only have one couple friend here with kids, one that I'm friends with the girl and we have play dates. I have some friends out of town too with kids..... but we rarely see them so that doesn't count. Most my friends don't have kids.

I hope once lo starts school we'll befriend her friend's parents. My parents are still friends with my preschool friends parents.

2 friends with kids and 4 without.

It's really a split pot for us. We have about 4-5 close couples that have kids or are pregnant, and about 6-8 that aren't. I'm sure that will start to shift over the next few years though!

On my side, I have 6 very close girl friends; 2 have kids, 2 are TTC, and 2 without (both are not married yet.)

DH's side: His best friend is due 10 days before us, and his 3 other BFFs have kids already. Another good friend is engaged and no children.

So for the most part most of our friends either have kids or are trying, which makes it nice!

A few of our friends have kids and are already divorced, and the rest don't have kids yet - I think many of them plan on not having kids ever for one reason or another.

Pretty much all my friends have one at least. DH friends,we will be the first. Only cause one couple has had multiple miscarriages and now are undergoing fertility treatments o figure out what is going on. Fingers crossed they will be right behind us!
