My parents only have 1...my LO! They are definitely hungry for more!

My side there are 3 girls, and ours will be the 4th. My DH's side there is one girl with ours being #2. Lots of girls they love them but we hope to give both sides a grandson next!

One on the way. From me. That's it. I'm an only child so that's the only way they are getting any.

same as @highwire! one on the way, from me! my brother is 19 and sister is 11 so it'll be just my kids for awhile!

My parents have two little grandsons, H's parents don't have any yet. My parents, especially my dad, want more ASAP.

Both sides of the family only had one grandson before our DD and DS were born.

Hubs parents have two, but my parents don't have any! Although hopefully this pregnancy is sticky and then they will have one!

LO will be the first for my parents and for MIL. She/He will be lucky number 19 for FIL though.

None for my parents and my mom is itching for us to pop one out already. In laws have 1 from hubby's older brother.

Mine will be the second on my side, first on DH's.

My mom and step-dad have 7 (5 from step-sister, 2 from step-brother). My in-laws have 2. This will be the first for my dad and the first "blood" grandchild for my mom!

19! yes, i said 19, lol! i'm the youngest of 8 and all my siblings are done having kids so by the time i have #2 they will have 20

Ours will be the first for my parents and for FIL. MIL has 2 grandsons that she’s very close to (her stepdaughter’s children) but our LO will be her first blood related grandchild.

My parents have 0, I'm the oldest and my brother and sister are only 16, so we're all hoping I have kids first!

@kokobee: 19 for us too! DH is #7 of 9. I can only imagine how many there will be when his younger sisters start reproducing.

Our LO is the first for both sets of parents. My mom and dad are already asking for more!

@kokobee: Totally crazy! Our LO will already have 8 nieces and nephews when it's born because of the generational spread in DH's siblings.

Just my LO! They'll have another one soon! My husband is an only child and my brother is younger than me and isn't married.

Currently 3 (1-boy, 2-girls) plus I'm due in September with their 4th. They have put in a request that this one be a boy so they will have an even split; I told them they should have made that request of my husband before I got pregnant as I have no control over it.

Zero! DH and I were the first of the kids on either side to get married, so we'll probably be the first to have kids in a couple of years unless one of our siblings surprises us!

my daughter is the only grandchild + great grandchild on my side. she's the third grandchild on my husband's side.

My mom has 2 grandsons(including LO) she wants more. My dad hit 5 grand kids when LO was born...I have a stepbrother and alf sister on my dads side which makes it more than my moms 2

Right now it's just LO. But my SIL is expecting triplets in the next few months so the number will quickly get bigger

ZERO! Ours (potentially) would be the first grandkid for THREE sets of grandparents and they're all so anxious for one.

7 for my parents (2 boys, 5 girls) and just the 2 girls for his side. I know his parents are really pushing for his sister to have kids soon. She's getting married in July, so it will be awesome for the girls to have new cousins. (no pressure though!)
