I've been trying to reduce the amount of time I hold the kids (due to back pain) and have been surprised by how often I hold them! Especially when we're out and about walking... Charlie will often ask to be held, especially when he sees Olive being carried by Bee in a carrier.

It got me wondering... how many hours a day do you hold your LO(s) in your arms?
