We want two at least, and if we have a boy next we will probably be done, but if not we may try for a third.
What about you?

I put 3 but that's our max. We have a boy now and if we have another I'm sure we will try once more for a girl !

DH and I always said 3-5, but who knows what the Lord's got in store for us, of course. We both come from big families and I'd love to have one of our own, but that's a lot of maternity leave (and obviously a lot of expense too).

I said three. I would be fine with two, but DH wants 4-5 so I think three will be our compromise.

I think 2. I don't want an only child, but I was a middle child, and I always said I wouldn't have a middle child once I had kids. However, if we have 2 boys in a row, we might try for a girl...

No idea!!! I think I would be happy with 2 (if I had one of each) but if my first 2 are the same gender, I think we will have 1-2 more!

At least two, since we've already had two, but both DH and I are very positive about having a third one.

Probably 2. My pregnancies are high risk and we want to be able to continue our current lifestyle of traveling, etc and also be able to pay for our childrens education as well as our retirement.

Probably two. More seems like we'd have to make lots of financial cuts. Maybe we'll get big raises!?!

2-3. We're currently expecting twins so if we have one of each, we'll probably be done. If not, we may try for the opposite.

We just want two. We've considered LO being the only one but we're leaning towards one more right now.

I can't decide between 2 or 3, if it was up to DH, we would have a football team.

DH says he wants 1 but I think deep down he really wants 2. He's fearful that we won't be able to afford 2. I think he'll change his mind though...

I want at least 4 but I wouldn't be opposed to more if space, time, and finances all permit. The only thing that would hold me back is my fear that I wouldn't get enough one-on-one time with each. Not to mention, I'll be homeschooling the kids and I can only imagine how busy I'll be trying to school 4+ kids all in different grades. haha

For me, 2 or 3, but DH wants 2 and that's fine with me. 3 seems like a really big adjustment- can't have a normal car, kids outnumber you when you travel...I'd still be open to it but I think we will be done after 2.

2 - one boy and one girl. But if we double up, we'd try for a third, but that'd be it for sure!

Well we're fixing to start trying for #3 (DH's #2 bio) so I'd say atleast that! Idk if we'll be done with that though.

We would like 4. I am the oldest of 2 and DH is the oldest of 3. Plus we like even numbers.

Similar to you, we want 3....but if #2 is a girl, we'll probably be done especially since my pregnancies will be high risk from now on.

I put 4, but that would probably be our max. Our first LO is only 7 months though, so we will have to wait and see what we can handle!

I think we are going to call it done at 2 no matter what gender!

I've always wanted two. My parents want me to have three though. They want more grand babies!

I want three (on my crazy days, I say maybe four, but I don't think that's realistic given my age). We currently have a boy and a girl, so I get a lot of comments about having my "set" and how I must be done now. I have zero rational reasons for wanting another one - we both work full-time, daycare expenses are kicking our butts, we'd have to buy another car, etc., but I just can't shake the feeling that we're not quite done. Mr. Chalk is more on the fence about it though, so we'll see.

I'd love a lot (4+) but I think tops is 3, to be reasonable. But if this one and the next are boys then I'm done. Not risking having 5 kids just to have ONE girl like my MIL did. Two boys is my limit!!!
