If money wasn't a factor, I'd love to have twins next (so 3 total). I'd hire a night nanny for help, and then later have a regular nanny watch the kids during the day. Alas, that's not going to happen .

@Mrs. Tiger: We play zone defense right now with 1, I guess we may need to move to man to man when we have #2

My career is still a factor regardless of finances, and that's a big deterrent for me. Since I was pregnant young, I didn't have those years of building a career prior to motherhood. I'm doing that now and it's important to me.

I'd provably still have the one and adopt later on. Maybe 3 total?

We will probably have a 3rd as it is. $$ isn't really driving our decision (our sanity is!) so we'd probably still have 3.

3-4 although I think 3 might be our max since that's we're currently in agreement with. I'd have to see how having 3 is going before deciding on the 4th one.
