I only have one surviving grandmother and unfortunately her health is failing. My dad's parents both passed before I was born and my mom's dad passed in '93.
How many of your grandparents are still around?

1 each for both dh and i - each of our maternal grandmothers!
i so badly wish my grandma could fly in to meet LO... but i don't think it's likely

I have 2 grandmothers, and DH has 1.

All 4 of mine are still alive. My husband has 2 grandparents alive, and I dont think he ever met his other 2.

1 of my grandmothers is living, the other passed a few years ago. I never got the chance to meet either of my grandfathers. 3 of my DH's grandparents are alive though.

None. And that even includes step-grandparents! So... 0 of 8.

My grandma and grandma on my dad's side.
My grandma on my mom's side passed away 4.5 years ago, and I never met my real g'pa, only my step-gpa. He's still alive but an @$$hole and cut himself off from us once gma passed. So he's dead to us essentially.

3, although I don't talk to/see two of them. My granddaddy, my favorite, passed when I was 16.
DH only has one surviving grandparent, his maternal grandmother, and she's in her 90s now.

None. My maternal grandfather passed with my mom was 18. Her mom passed 3 years ago this December. My paternal grandparents passed this last year. I'm glad my Grandpa got to meet Prettybaby before he left us.

Only 1 of my Grandmas. I met my other one, but she passed away when I was little. Both my Grandfathers passed away before I was born.
3/4 of my DH's grandparents are still alive.

I have 3, though my maternal Grandfather might as well be gone, as he has absolutely no relationship with any of us. Both of my Grandmothers are still alive, though one is 96 and she is incredibly poor health.
My DH has just 1, and she is a little evil.

All of mine! And all of DH's. I even have one great-grandmother still alive, so she could potentially live to see her great-great-granddaughter.

None for me and it breaks my heart. DH still has both grandmothers.

My Oma, my paternal grandma, is alive. and she always lived with us, and still lives with my parents. My other grandma passed away last year, while my grandpa passed away when I was 12. My other grandpa passed away when my dad was 14.
DH has one grandpa and one grandma. His grandpa is the funniest little Swiss man, and his grandma is a crazy Brit.

None on my side of the family. Hubby still has his maternal grandmother. She's still going strong!!

One, but she's got Alzheimer's, so she's not really there. (However, she did get a lot nicer when she started losing it...)
DH has one surviving grandma too, who mostly cognitive but has some dementia issues as well. -
None :'( I wish I could talk to them again... especially my mom's mom. She was such a special person!
