I'm trying to do it every nIght, but so far it's more like every other night.
How many out of the last 7 days have you flossed?

Every other day or everyday now that I have braces. I do love my waterpik!

Is this a motivational thread? I think 3 times, and this is a good week. I'm going to try to do it everyday.

7! I had a dentist appointment last Friday so I was trying to be good and he told me that pregnant women are much more susceptible to gingivitis so I am trying to floss every day even though I really hate it!

3 . . . I think. I usually remember to floss every other (or every third) day.

Every night! I have the beginnings of periodontal disease, so I try my best to keep my teeth clean to make sure nothing gets worse!

I'm usually floss every night so I'm 7/7. I don't do a great job so I'm trying to step it up before I go to the dentist next week!

Probably 6--I used to never floss, but after a REALLY expensive dentist visit and the beginnings of gingivitis (which is painful and again, expensive to get rid of), I do it all almost every day now. Floss floss floss!

I'm at 0, so gross! I need to get back in the habit, I was so good until I got pregnant and it made me gag...now I'm out of the routine. Back in it, motivation starts now!

Ugh. Zero. Can I use the fact that we just moved as an excuse?
I also skipped a 6 month cleaning in June and haven't rescheduled. Cavity City, population: ME.

The last time I flossed a tooth fell out :(. No joke! I was freaking out thinking all my teeth were rotten, lol. DH thought there was someone upstairs from the shriek I let out. I got the tooth fixed (pricy little crown) but I'm still paranoid to floss. If I do it's usually very light and half-assed.

0. I usually do floss, but lately with the exhaustion and the gag reflex, it's all I can do to brush my teeth at night! Ugh

Every night. Dental health is no joke to me, I don't want to end up with dentures like my father!
